To celebrate Broadway in Chicago’s “Bullets over Broadway”, Catch 35 will be featuring a play on a classic cocktail called a Revolver (originally with Bourbon & Coffee Liquor). We tweaked our cocktail by combining Bulleit Straight Bourbon, Tia Maria, aromatic bitters, & cold brewed coffee to create the buzz you want! This drink is perfect for before or after dinner drinks!
The perfect food pairing for after dinner with Catch 35’s “Runnin Wild” cocktail is our Bourbon Pecan Pie, deep dish style with a flaky vodka crust & chockful of pecas drizzled with homemade caramel sauce and rounded scoop of Homer’s Vanilla Bean ice cream $7.00 or Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake, sweet dense toffee cake covered in custard topped with butter caramel sauce, and a hefty scoop of Homer’s Vanilla Bean ice cream $7.00!
