When it comes to lobster recipes, we’ve perfected the classics. We use the freshest-shelled lobster we can find and boil them to tender perfection based on their weight and size. But our ambitions don’t stop there. Here are some of the unique lobster creations you can order today at Catch 35:
- Maine lobster sliders – These mouth-watering sliders are filled with savory lobster meat, minced celery and old bay seasoning. Served with chips.
- “World Famous” Lobster Mac & Cheese – We update this long-time favorite with fresh Maine lobster meat. This sure beats mom’s mac & cheese recipe.
- Filet medallions oscar style – You may have heard of – or even delighted in – oscar-style steak. While other recipes call for asparagus and crab meat or shrimp, we go with a seafood to match the tenderness of filet mingon by topping ours with Maine lobster meat.
In addition to our specialties, we also serve Atlantic cold water lobster tails, alone or paired with crab legs or filet mignon. Each comes with drawn butter and truffle aioli or veal demi-glace, depending on the entree.
