The Naperville Sister Cities is hosting our second annual Hispanic Heritage Festival in Central Park on Sept. 17, 5-9 p.m. There will be music, a Taste of Latin America and a South of the Border marketplace. Downtown Naperville businesses will also host cultural activities including a scavenger hunt, cooking classes, Loteria, sugar skull painting, art projects, food specials and more.
