First Course:
Crispy Haddock Fish & Chips
Pollyanna, Bull Session, Golden Ale:
Crisp, clean, easy drinking golden ale brewed with mostly Vienna malt and Citra hops
Second Course:
Nashville Hot Shrimp Sandwich w/ garlic chive potato salad
Pollyanna, Lexical Gap, India Pale Ale
Brewed with massive amounts of Citra, Centennial, Simcoe, and Columbus hops, finding a word to describe your gratification might be pretty tough.
Third Course:
Seared Duck Breast w/pretzel dumplings, mustard, mushrooms, blackberries
Pollyanna, Blackberry Allure, Blackberry Berliner Weisse
Alluringly tart and fruity, this sour wheat beer is loaded with Blackberry enhancing it’s already magnetic seductiveness.
Fourth Course:
Expresso Cookie Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream
Pollyanna, Fun Size, Milk Stout with Peanut, Vanilla Bean, Cocoa Nib, and Sea Salt
Brewed with hefty amount of lactose milk sugar and sticky oats, we threw in a whole bunch of peanuts, vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, and sea salt because, well, size truly does matter sometimes.
