Have Your Meal Gluten-Free

We have many options at Catch 35 for a variety of palates and food preferences. Hot, cold, spicy, mild, savory, sweet, tender, cheesy, moist – you name your favorite type of food, and we likely have a dish for you!

Some of our patrons, however, don’t have as much of a choice at restaurants as to what they can and cannot eat. If you cannot eat food with gluten in it, you may already know this dining-out experience all too well.

Luckily, at Catch 35, you can get all those flavors and tastes while also eating gluten-free. You’ll find that our gluten-free menu is as extensive as our main menus for lunch and dinner. Here’s what you need to know about eating gluten-free at Catch 35!

Eating gluten-free

Many people who must refrain from consuming gluten have a digestive allergy known as Celiac Disease. Even more have a similar condition known as non-Celiac gluten sensitivity, which is common for those with irritable bowel syndrome and other similar ailments. With both conditions, the person who has it must refrain from eating gluten – the protein in wheat and other grains – for the rest of their life if they want to remain symptom-free.

Common symptoms for those allergic or sensitive to gluten include digestive distress, fatigue, and abdominal discomfort – symptoms that we certainly don’t want any of our patrons to suffer through! That’s why we have created an entire gluten-free menu that includes all our items that are naturally gluten-free or can be prepared without using ingredients that contain gluten.

Our naturally gluten-free items

Gluten only naturally occurs in wheats and similar grains. You are not very likely to find gluten in protein-only food items such as fish and beef, dairy products such as plain cheese, and most raw vegetables and fruits.

Some of our dishes that are naturally gluten-free include the following:

Items that can be made gluten-free

Other dishes that would typically have gluten in them can be made without gluten. Make sure you tell your server before ordering any of these dishes that you need them served without gluten – and tell them about any other food allergies you have as well.
