1/ How can I check the balance on my gift card?
-Please call the restaurant at 630-717-3500(Naperville) and ask for a Manager. They will need your card number to process your request.
2/ Can I get an electronic gift card?
-Yes through our partners at Secure Tree, you can choose if purchased online an electronic or a physical card. Bonus certificates do not apply to this though.
BONUS CERTIFICATES ARE MAILED TO YOUR HOME ADDRESS.
3/Where can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards are sold in the restaurant or online through our partner, Secure Tree. You can purchase them in any amount, and if purchased online you can choose to receive an electronic or a physical gift card.
4/What restrictions apply to my gift card?
This gift card may be used at Catch 35 Naperville. NO VALUE UNTIL ACTIVATED. This card cannot be redeemed for cash; and lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, except where required by law. The card may be used to settle final payments of up to $1,000.00 for private events and large parties. CARD IS NOT VAILD ON THE SAME DAY AS PURCHASED.
5/Does my gift card expire?
THIS CARD NEVER EXPIRES, NOR HAS ANY MAINTENANCE FEES FOR NON-USAGE. Purchase, use or acceptance of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
