Lent favorites at Catch 35

It’s that time of year and Catch 35 is rolling out Lent favorites! From Chilean Sea Bass to Yellowfin Tuna sashimi to Crispy fried Georges Bank Haddock fish & chips, our menu delivers only the freshest, in-season fish in Chicago. It’s our name, it’s our specialty.

First, Chilean Sea Bass is a MUST-HAVE when dining at Catch 35.  The flaky and mildly sweet fish is perfect with our Signature Hawaiian ginger scallion sauce.

Second, the Fish Fry is king around Chicago but if you are looking for something on the lighter side.  We suggest trying our Yellowfin Tuna sashimi.  It is lightly seared with a sesame seed crust.  It melts in your mouth but also has a bit of crispy texture from the sesame seed coating.

Lastly, like I said Fish Fry is king in Chicago.  Every town has its place for the best Friday Fish Fry.  Well, Catch 35 Chicago offers the best fish and chips for lunch and dinner every day of the week.  First of all, it’s all about the quality of fish that we use.  We use fresh Georges Bank haddock, flown in daily.  It is lightly breaded to give that crunchy texture you are looking for but also not taking away from the mild sweet flavor of the haddock.  We pair it with our house made french fries.  One suggestion upgrade to the parmesan truffle fries, you won’t be able to stop eating them.
