The proof is in the Lobster at Catch 35!

Maine Lobster is a unique delicacy that many Midwesterners consume maybe once or twice year. But at Catch 35, we celebrate succulent juicy Maine lobster every day in September. Our Chef Eddie edits the yearly celebration menu adding unique tastes and flavors of the season only available for this limited time.   Inspired by the bakes of the “Great British Baking Show”, Chef Eddie developed a new dish this year, the Lobster Soufflé! This delicate lobster dish is prepared with Gruyere cheese, cognac, tarragon; light and airy yet decadent. The perfect way to celebrate a special occasion any day of the week. On the other side of the pendulum, you can devour the satisfyingly delicious Lobster pot pie. A comfort food with chunks of Maine Lobster, fennel, leeks, onions, peas, potatoes, encased in a crisp buttery puff pastry.

Lobster Bash Menu

Have an upcoming lunch date or business meeting? Dive into Catch 35’s Lunch menu for Lobster Bash featuring 4 varieties of Lobster Rolls. Catch 35’s Signature Maine Lobster roll is loaded with Maine Lobster meat and lightly seasoned with minced celery, easy mayo, and Old Bay for only $22. For our repeat lunch customers, Chef Eddie offers a few more rolls to try throughout September.

  1. Connecticut Style Lobster Roll, sweet succulent sautéed Maine lobster meat slathered in garlic butter
  2. Smoked Lobster Roll, chilled lobster meat cold smoked and topped with a paprika aioli and watercress
  3. Sriracha Buffalo Lobster Roll, Maine lobster flash fried in a light tempura batter, blended with minced celery and wasabi ranch

These rolls embody a wide range of flavors and textures that will please your palate. Sweet, buttery, tangy, crunchy, smoky, spicy, and most importantly fresh.

But don’t miss out on the “Maine” Event this September for Catch 35’s Lobster Bash; devour the 3 lb. Whole Maine Lobster, overstuffed with crab, and served with lobster mashed potatoes. A crustacean lover’s paradise. Not only do you get a 3lb lobster but its stuffed with Alaskan crab and then paired with lobster mashed potatoes. This is the most decadent of all the Lobster Bash items. Want this dish but a smaller portion, then try the Crab Stuffed Atlantic Cold Water Lobster Tail with lemon beurre blanc. You can’t go wrong with either option.

A new dish, may I suggest to start your meal off, is the Lobster poppers. Chef Eddie has taken one of his favorite appetizers and paired it with Maine Lobster. The jalapenos are stuffed with lobster meat and topped with Nueske’s bacon and aged cheddar. A great way to get your taste buds popping!

And of course, I can’t end this blog without mentioning Catch 35’s “Award-Winning” Lobster Mac and Cheese. Aged cheddar, Point Reyes blue cheese, Gruyere, and Parmesan melted to gooey perfection and then blended with chunks of Maine Lobster meat and cavatappi pasta.
